Orders leave our fulfilment centre within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Lebanon

Orders within Lebanon are delivered by our own drivers and trusted delivery partners, depending on your location, and usually arrive within 1–3 business days.

Same-day delivery is available within Beirut on orders placed before 3pm.

Store pickup

Prefer to collect? Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our flagship on Arz Street, Saifi. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s ready.

International

We ship worldwide with DHL, UPS or FedEx. Delivery takes 3–7 business days once your order has left us.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on arrival. See Duties & Taxes for details.

14-day returns

You can return full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging attached.

How to return

Email us at info@popupconcepts.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll reply with instructions. Return shipping is at your own cost; we recommend a trackable service.

Refund or store credit: your choice

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, you can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds are processed within 7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We’re happy to swap it, subject to availability. Email us to arrange it, or bring your online order to our flagship on Arz Street, Saifi, and exchange it in store.

Final sale

Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and collectible reasons, the following can’t be returned: underwear, swimwear, earrings and jewellery for pierced ears, fragrances, opened books, opened collectible figures, and gift cards.

Prices

All prices on our website are shown in US dollars (USD) and include VAT.

Orders within Lebanon

What you see is what you pay. VAT is already included in the price, and there are no import duties on orders delivered within Lebanon. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

International orders

Orders shipped outside Lebanon may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs, and are payable by the customer on arrival.

Our courier (DHL, UPS or FedEx) will contact you to collect any duties and taxes due before delivering your order. The amount depends on your country’s regulations and the value of your order, so we recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Currency

You’ll be charged in USD. If your card is in another currency, your bank will convert the amount at its own exchange rate and may apply a fee.
