Refund policy

Returns
Full-price items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all original tags and packaging attached.

How to start a return
Email info@popupconcepts.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable; we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at the customer's choice. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Size exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges can be arranged by email or in store at our flagship on Arz Street, Saifi, Beirut.

Sale items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, swimwear, earrings and jewellery for pierced ears, fragrances, opened books, opened collectible figures, and gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@popupconcepts.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
